Process

This technology isolates elements, and then cleanly extracts them from earth, rock, industrial waste and mine tailing. These elements include rare earth elements, precious metals, minerals and oil, all of which have a market value that can be capitalized upon now. Our technology allows for their safe extraction. This process provides a cost effective solution to extracting valuable commodities that before this development were either impossible or too expensive to extract

Our technologies can be distinguished by the following characteristics:

No use of strong acids and alkalis and processing carried out under normal pressure and normal temperature of <100*C

Low water consumption due to closed-cycle operations

Low energy consumption due to processing at normal temperature

Extraction of valuable components reaches 90+% as compared to 50-75% in the conventional method of recycling

Processing residue is almost pollutant free because also harmful substances as arsenic or heavy metals can be extracted as valuable materials

Substantially lower expenditures for the extracting agents (quantity and price) compared to conventional processing as flotation, acid leaching and so forth 10-30% only

Electronic Waste

Electronic waste is a term for electronic products that have become obsolete and have reached the end of their useful life. Many electronic devices become “trash” and are discarded after a few short years of use.

Why E-Waste?

Electronic waste contains a rich source of precious metal estimated to be worth between 40and 50 times more than those obtained through traditional mining.

Issues with the current recycling process:

Old electronic devices contain toxic substances such as lead, mercury, cadmium and chromium. Proper processing is essential to ensure that these materials are not released into the environment.

Catalytic Converter Recycling

A catalytic converter is an exhaust emission control device that reduces toxic gasses and pollutants in exhaust gas generated by internal combustion engines.

Why CatalyticConverters?

A mix of precious metals is contained in the catalyst itself. Platinum and Palladium are the most active catalysts and are widely used. Rhodium is another precious metal used.

Issues with the current recycling process:

The current recycling techniques employed by other companies use pyrometallurgy and hydrometallurgy to extract precious metals found in spent catalytic converters. The process emits high levels of toxic gasses and hazardous byproducts including acid and sludge while consuming large amounts of water.
